The ideal combination of an easy, affordable regional lifestyle combined with access to metropolitan advantages wasn’t a hard sell for Karl Sinclair when he made the move to Orange with his wife eight years ago.

Karl is the Director of Finance and Corporate Services for the AFMH Group – a leading dairy operation which has centralised corporate operations in Orange under his reign.

“From a business perspective, Orange is also a great option for both young and older professionals for all the same reasons which has made the recruitment process easier in my role,” Karl explained.

“We had enormous interest for the roles both in a prior organisation I was recruiting for and when we set-up corporate operations here for the AFMH Group more recently.

“We had an overwhelming response with over 200 applicants for a dozen or so roles. Interest was coming from both metropolitan and local applicants. The quality was first class.

“We are only a 30-minute flight into Sydney or an hour and a half into both Brisbane and Melbourne giving us access to the world along with the benefit of living in Orange which is really a beautiful place.
